Open lifting bags
These are all standard production lifting bags. Delivery time 7 to 20 days
Open lifting bags are the most practical systems for lifting submerged loads. The ease of loading and unloading air makes them very simple and easy to manage even in depth. The volume of the lifting bag must be taken into careful consideration, because it must always be proportionate to the weight of the object to be lifted. This attention will allow us to avoid too sudden ascents, which could cause accidents.
The operator will have to position the delivery hose in the lower part of the lifting bag and will have to introduce the necessary air to allow the lifting of the object to be recovered. Once the recovery has begun, he will be able to easily adjust the ascent speed, using the adjustment valve end.
The lifting bags are made of PVC coated with high tenacity polyester support fabric and are easily repairable in case of tears.
The details that make the difference:
- We use AISI 304 stainless steel rings with a diameter of 8 mm (lifting bags up to 1500 kg) and a diameter of 12 mm (lifting bags over 1500 kg)
- We use triangular stainless steel rings, with Tig welding. For Tig welding, an arc welding technique using an infusible tungsten electrode is indicated. It is a type of welding with a very strong hold and which, having a notable aesthetic and technical result, offers the advantage of the independence of the material input into the welding bath with respect to the heat input.
- We only use AISI 304 stainless steel shackles welds on the butterflies are large and able to offer a notable seal. Furthermore, the butterfly has two reinforcements welded inside in the final part where the ring is positioned: this detail significantly increases the seal even in difficult working conditions.
- We use straps instead of braids to guarantee a more practical, resistant and functional attachment system
- All lifting bags, starting from 100 liters in volume, are also equipped with a fine adjustment valve for the discharge
